We Are HIRING Assistant Manager Food Safety

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and sustain AIBI standards, ensuring target audit scores through internal audits, training, documentation, follow-up, and external audit handling.
Supervise microbiological testing as per PCI/Regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance and leading proficiency/external testing.
Implement and maintain FSSC standards, achieving certification on latest versions via audits, action plans, training, and documentation.
Implement PCI / QAS / PSQCA / FSSC standards, ensuring audit compliance and passing external audits with required scores.
Ensure regulatory compliance during food authority/regulatory visits and maintain PSQCA certifications.
Ensure PPE availability related to GMP and food safety, with proper inventory management.
Lead IPM activities and standards implementation via third party, targeting Zero Pest and 200 IPM score in AIBI audit.
Manage internal and external communication related to Food Safety, Regulatory, and Microbiology.
Maintain updated documentation in line with latest standards.
Conduct staff training on updated standards and their implementation.
Lead Asset Care Program initiatives to improve overall plant score to 90.
Act as plant sanitation lead, overseeing CIP, sanitation, cleaning, and COP protocols.
Lead quarterly management reviews and monthly IPM reviews, ensuring implementation of action plans.
Drive Food Safety improvement projects across the plant.

Job Requirements:

BSc (Chemistry), BS Food Technology / Chemical Engineering or having required skills through training and experience.
03 – 05 years of experience, preferably in Dairy, Juice, Water or Beverage industry
Lead Auditor or experience of FSSC/AIBI/QAS certification at least

We Are HIRING Assistant Manager Warehouse & Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted business activities.
Plan and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process to achieve timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate transportation resources, including vehicles and lifters, to meet operational requirements.
Monitor logistics performance, optimize costs, and maintain targeted Vehicle Turnaround Time (VTAT).
Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and SKU Min/Max controls to prevent stockouts and sales loss.
Ensure accurate warehouse and logistics transactions through SAP while maintaining data integrity.
Collaborate with sales, distribution, and logistics partners to ensure seamless order execution and asset recovery.
Oversee the management and reconciliation of returnable assets to support continuous operations.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to drive high performance and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, SAP requirements, and transportation regulations.
Track and analyze key operational KPIs to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer service levels.
Drive continuous improvement by resolving operational issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate timely vehicle arrangements and work closely with transporters and distributors to ensure seamless stock movement from factory dispatch to delivery at distribution centers.

Job Requirements:

BBA/MBA with major in Supply Chain or Management
04 – 05 years experience in warehousing and logistics preferably in Beverages/FMCG
