MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Cluster Manager”.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Cluster Manager

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Gujranwala

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university. MBA or postgraduate qualification will be preferred.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in sales and lead generation abilities and at least 2-3 years in similar role in the banking sector.
➡️ Team Management and Leadership Skills
➡️ Excellent Communication Skills
➡️ Training and Development Expertise
➡️ Proven Track Record in Achieving Sales Targets
➡️ Strong Understanding of Islamic Banking Principles is a Plus

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager for Direct Liability Sales at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd.
➡️ Responsible for team management, communication, sales, lead generation and training activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
➡️ Responsible to manage a team of 30 Business Development Officers directly assigned to increase the Bank’s NTB account run rate.
➡️ Responsible for consistent addition in current and saving account (CASA) deposits.
➡️ To manage and achieve periodic business targets allocated as per Bank’s policy for both self and all the BDOs in his team.
➡️ To ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and other respective policies.
