We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and guest-focused Hostess to join our team.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Intermediate, preferably Bachelors
• Fluent in English

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a hostess, or in a customer-service role is preferred

LOCATION: Islamabad Marriott Hotel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with restaurant service staff to manage guest flow.
• Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the restaurant and menu.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
