RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining a good relationship between Euro Oil and the retailer at the on-site level
• Help, support, and advise retailers to ensure maximum profitability for Euro Oil and the retailer
• Guide and motivate the retailers to maximize their sales potential while keeping Euro Oil’s interests protected
• Support and ensure that retailers deliver their best performance in all quarters
• Strategize to meet sales and retail targets for your allocated geographical area
• Ensure that the retailer trains their staff and works on their development so they can deliver a great consumer experience
• Identify and develop new sites within the assigned territory to drive business growth and strengthen market presence

REQUIREMENTS:

• A graduate degree, preferably an MB,A with 4-6 years of OMC experience will be preferred
• A well-organized individual with great communication, management, and negotiation skills
• Someone proactive, motivated, a risk-taker within the company’s HSE standards, and has a fair knowledge of how site operations work
