Position: Site HR Manager

Role Overview: The Site HR Manager is responsible for leading the human resources and industrial relations function across our three manufacturing sites.

What your typical day will look like

Partner with factory leadership for optimal staffing levels, lead recruitment across all levels, manage onboarding, and succession planning for management positions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Maintain strong working relationships with the labor department and other relevant government bodies.
Oversee time office operations, payroll inputs, and HRIS data, and ensure maintenance of proper records.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower utilization, and provide actionable management insights.

What you need to succeed at this role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration/related discipline, with 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role in textile manufacturing.
Excellent knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and factory/social compliance.
Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders with excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across manufacturing sites.
