Position: Manager – Retail Sales & Development

📍 Location: Vital House, DHA (Phase 12) EME Sector, Lahore.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🎓 Education:

• MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

🎓 Experience Level:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil Marketing Company (OMC), Petroleum, Retail Sales, Business Development, or FMCG sector.

💸 Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead retail sales strategies and achieve assigned fuel sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify potential fuel pockets and expand the retail network through new site acquisitions and dealer partnerships.
• Evaluate potential sites through market analysis, site visits, feasibility assessments, and review of layouts and development plans.
• Negotiate with landowners, prospective dealers, and key stakeholders for new retail outlet development.
• Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, internal teams, and external stakeholders for smooth business and project execution.
• Monitor retail outlet performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales and network development targets.
