The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Head Office, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, adapt, review, and regularly update progression grids, lesson plans, resource packs, assessments, and other academic deliverables aligned with approved textbooks.
• Carry out comprehensive book and curriculum reviews, staying updated with various publishers and the latest educational materials.
• Conduct and facilitate both onsite and online training sessions, deliver model lessons, develop training materials, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Conduct classroom observations to provide constructive feedback to teachers and school heads, identifying subject-related gaps to implement remedial actions.
• Introduce innovative teaching techniques and integrate educational technology effectively into the curriculum.
• Develop subject-specific action plans while keeping abreast of and ensuring strict compliance with relevant board policies.
• Maintain comprehensive data, logs, and records of all training and academic activities.
• Travel for onsite training and new school setup as required.
