We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager

The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Southern Regional Office, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential franchise expansion opportunities.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online outreach.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees.
· Develop and nurture relationships with prospective franchise partners.
· Conduct negotiations and finalize franchise agreements.
· Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements meet regulatory requirements.
· Identify new locations for CoCs and preparation of feasibility studies in coordination with the RH and Finance departments.
· To convert MOUs into the campuses, launch as per the MoU clause.
· To recover 100% pending franchise payments, if any.
· To have close liaisons with the franchisee to establish campuses as per prescribed guidelines.
· To sell a franchise kit/package with 100% recovery
· Responsible for smooth supplies ordering and delivery in coordination with the supply chain department.
· Performing analysis of sick units of the regions
· Coordinating with internal Departments for revival of sick units
· To work out a local marketing plan with respective campuses to attract more admissions.
