Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of Classes 3–8
• Lead, manage, and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices, and student progress
• Ensure implementation of curriculum standards and school policies
• Promote a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement
• Coordinate assessments, analyse results, and implement improvement plans
• Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders
• Respond to, and investigate where appropriate, parental concerns regarding the curriculum, standards of teaching, and the academic management of pupils.
• Organize and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities
• Participate in whole-school planning and leadership initiatives
