• Support the CHRO in executing the organization's people strategy through strategic HR and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead HR policy development, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, employer branding, and employee experience initiatives.
• Lead HR communications and ensure consistent implementation of people practices.
• Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and succession planning programs.
• Strengthen leadership capability through organizational development initiatives.
• Partner with Regional HR teams and business leaders to ensure consistent HR implementation.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on workplace matters.
• Analyze HR metrics and organizational trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Perform any other task assigned by the management.
