Job Title: Assistant Manager – Exports

Are you passionate about export operations? Join our team and play a key role in managing export and local shipment documentation while ensuring seamless coordination with banks, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage export and local shipment documentation.
2. Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation and banking coordination.
3. Generate commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents.
4. Coordinate with banks, shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.
5. Maintain accurate documentation in Oracle ERP while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least a bachelor’s degree (BBA, B. Com, BS, or equivalent). A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in export and local shipment documentation.

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of export operations, shipment documentation, L/Cs, and trade finance.
• Ability to independently prepare and manage export documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Close attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
