Key Accountabilities

• Achieving monthly production targets as per the defined quality and delivery conformance
• Maintaining KPI dashboards and performance tracking reports.
• Implementation and monitoring of Cost Control Matrix
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitoring of OTIF performance and production lead times.
• Reduction of process wastage through systematic analysis.
• Analysis and reduction of customer complaints.
• Addressing internal non-conformances promptly.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineer
• B.Sc. Chemical/Polymer Engineer
• Experience: 0-1 Years
