WE ARE HIRING Service Engineer / Senior Service Engineer (Diesel Engines)

We are seeking skilled and motivated Service Engineers / Senior Service Engineers (Diesel Engines) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, strong troubleshooting abilities, and exposure to field operations in demanding environments such as mining or construction sites.

Qualification and Experience:

• Education: DAE or BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized technical institute.
• Experience: Service Engineer: 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with diesel engines is mandatory.
  • Experience in mining or construction site environments will be preferred.

Prerequisites:

• Hands-on experience in diesel engine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Field experience at mining or construction sites.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on ON/OFF rotation basis.
• Basic electrical knowledge for fault diagnosis.
• Ability to read and interpret engine wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt and efficient response to customer requirements.
• Diagnose and perform moderately complex repairs in line with Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and company procedures.
• Plan and execute engine maintenance, including preparation of tools and spare parts.
• Provide basic training to customer staff on preventive maintenance and minor repairs when required.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Maintain proper documentation including service reports, timesheets, and warranty claims.
• Participate in training programs as per skill and business requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of tools and work area.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality standards.
• Adapt to changes in job responsibilities, locations, and operational requirements as per business needs.

Location: Sindh, Balochistan and KPK.
