JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Trainee Electrical Engineer for training on three 132kV grid-connected, tracker-based solar power plants

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the operation and maintenance of electrical systems
• Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot faults
• Follow HSE and electrical safety procedures
• Maintain technical records and reports

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• 1 year minimum relevant experience
• BE Engineering, Discipline Electrical

DURATION & CONDITION

• 6 months (extendable based on performance)
• Stipend, boarding, and lodging provided

WE ARE HIRING OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (O&M) ENGINEER

LOCATION Near Sukkur – Sindh

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our team at 132kV grid-connected tracker-based solar power plants

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor plant performance through SCADA
• Execute and supervise O&M activities for solar plant electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot faults and minimize downtime
• Coordinate maintenance with technicians, contractors, OEMs, and stakeholders
• Monitor plant KPIs (Availability, PR, inverter efficiency, and energy yield)
• Prepare O&M reports and maintain maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW/LOTO, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in plant reliability and performance

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of utility-scale power plant O&M experience
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, inverters, MV/LV, transformers, protection systems, 33/132 kV substations
