Deputy Manager Technical Consultant

What your typical day will look like

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX, Oracle EBS, and ODM solutions, including custom modules, workflows, and approval hierarchies
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, database objects, reports, concurrent programs, and request sets
Troubleshoot Oracle EBS issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance, and ensure reliable Oracle ERP solutions
Partner with functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and support Oracle solutions

What you need to succeed at this role

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field with 5+ years’ experience in Oracle EBS and 2+ years' hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development
Proficiency in Oracle EBS, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Report Builder, Java, Personalization, AME, XML Publisher, Workflows, APIs & Interface Tables, and Oracle Alerts

Position: Assistant Manager Retail Operations

What your typical day will look like

Manage in-store screens, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store hours, key-holder records, and act as the first POC for tech, maintenance, and customer issues; manage the ticketing system for timely resolution
Oversee store communications, SOPs, and process documents, and coordinate initiatives, events, travel, and recognition programmes to drive improvements
Support FOH/BOH operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and manage store orders within budget

What you need to succeed at this role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Retail Management or a related field, with 4–6 years’ experience (2–4 years’ in retail operations) and hands-on experience with retail systems (Odoo, RetailPro or similar)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
