Position Title: ARM-RM, Islamabad Branch – Islamabad/Karachi

Job Purpose:

The prime purpose of this role is to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying business opportunities to expand the bank's client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, including both credit and non-credit customers.
• Identify and acquire new corporate customers through marketing, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations; prepare credit proposals and recommendations for approval.
• Monitor customer performance and credit exposure, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential risks.
• Maintain a sound understanding of foreign exchange regulations and guidelines issued by the State Bank of Pakistan and support clients on related banking transactions.
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective banking solutions.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Incumbent should have:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with Chinese clients
• Applicants who can communicate fluently in Chinese will be given priority
