Position Title: ASM to SM, Operations Management Department, Islamabad

Job Purpose: The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling day-to-day counter transactions. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency while contributing to the formulation and implementation of banking policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Branch operations pertaining to clearing, remittances, collection, etc.
• Making pay orders and account transfers, ensuring full compliance with ICBC policies and SBP regulations.
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, balancing, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring that accounts are opened and maintained in line with the bank's internal procedures and KYC requirements.
• Recovery of all applicable charges on these activities as per ICBC’s latest schedule of charges.
• Updating of Client information
• Issue bank statements and maintenance certificates to the customer upon their request.

Qualification and Skills Required:

The incumbent should have:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration (Banking/Finance/Economics)
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry or accounting firms with banking service experience.
• Familiar with bank operations pertaining to RTGS, remittances, account opening, cheque clearing, Cash handling, etc.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Access).
