JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee end-to-end invoice posting, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing.
Conduct GR/IR reviews and reconciliations, reporting key findings to management.
Supervise the invoice parking and posting process, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools.
Apply income tax and sales tax knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
Analyze GR/IR accounts and open items in collaboration with the Operations team.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Resolve internal and external queries in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines.

Hands-on experience in process optimization, SAP/ERP, and procurement automation.
Technical expertise in data analysis, procurement analytics, and dashboarding.
Strong professional background in Lean/Six Sigma and project management frameworks.
