𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Senior Executive-Industrial Engineer

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

*Conduct time & motion studies and establish Standard Minute Values (SMVs).

• Prepare operation bulletins and production layouts for new styles.
• Optimize line balancing to improve production efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• Monitor production performance, analyze losses, and implement process improvements.
• Prepare capacity plans, monitor factory loading, and generate production reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Merchandising teams to achieve production targets.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in line balancing and production layout planning.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes (woven & knit preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and production analysis tools.
• Experience with IE software, production planning, or ERP systems is an advantage.
