TheCitySchool is seeking qualified candidates for the position of IT Lab Assistant (Middle School) at Shalimar Campus, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage computer labs, equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and antivirus programs.
• Provide technical support to teachers, students, and staff during classes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of projectors, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain computer lab inventory, records, and asset registers.
• Assist in setting up computer systems for training sessions, assessments, and events.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security practices are followed.
• Coordinate with the School Admin Officer for equipment maintenance and repairs when required.
• Ensure compliance with school IT policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the IT lab.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and digital learning initiatives.
