Job Responsibilities:

Delivery Supervision

• Plan and coordinate daily furniture deliveries
• Supervise delivery teams and drivers
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers or retail locations
• Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Inspection & Quality Control

• Inspect furniture before dispatch and upon return (if applicable)
• Identify damages, defects, or missing parts
• Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery
• Maintain inspection reports and documentation

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain delivery logs, inspection records, and damage reports
• Ensure GRN processing in the system and manage payment-related documentation
