Karachi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Islamabad
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university is required. A postgraduate degree or an MBA will be preferred.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in sales and lead generation abilities, and at least 2-3 years in a imilar role in the banking sector.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
➡️ Team Management and Leadership skills
➡️ Excellent Communication skills
➡️ Training and Development expertise
➡️ Proven track record in achieving sales targets
➡️ Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is a plus
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager for Direct Liability Sales at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd.
➡️ Responsible for team management, communication, sales, lead generation, and training activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
➡️ Responsible for managing a team of ~30 Business Development Officers directly assigned to increase the Bank’s NTB account run rate
➡️ Responsible for consistent additions to current and savings account (CASA) deposits.
➡️ To manage and achieve periodic business targets allocated as per the Bank’s policy for both self and all the BDOs in his team.
➡️ To ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and other respective policies.
