We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Finance Manager” to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with financial controls and support business growth through effective financial management.

📍 Location: Islamabad

🎓 Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.

💼 Experience:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations across the assigned region.
• Ensure timely preparation and review of financial reports and MIS.
• Monitor branch-wise financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the region.
• Supervise cash management, banking transactions, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Monitor inventory controls and financial risks across regional operations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team to achieve operational excellence.
