Key Accountabilities

• Handle case management, approvals, pre-authorizations, rejections, and database processing, ensuring payment eligibility.
• Perform telephonic verification and investigations for claims and pre-authorizations.
• Prepare monthly reports on network performance and utilization to support management decisions.
• Resolve provider issues, including billing and claims, in a timely manner.
• Conduct random audits of claims to ensure quality processing.
• Reconcile accounts and obtain sign-off letters from providers.
• Maintain and update provider data (addresses, tariffs, discounts, codes, specialties).
• Gather statements, consult stakeholders, and escalate potential fraud cases.
• Provide policy clarifications to insured clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain medical records, coordinate fitness/reassessments, and prepare reports for claims within and beyond policy scope.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Must be a licensed Doctor
• Have 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
