Cross Stitch is hiring an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing for the Lahore-based office. This role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, online sales, lead generation, and brand growth. The role focuses on performance-driven channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of marketing KPIs. The position works closely with creative, e-commerce, sales, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

*Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
*Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.
*Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategies.
*Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and campaign assets.
Analyze website and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
*Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
*Support customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing strategies.
*Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
*Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Experience in e-commerce or the retail/fashion industry is an advantage.
