The role is responsible for evaluating service quality standards across branches nationwide through mystery shopping activities and service monitoring assignments.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s Preferred)
Department: Customer Services
Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in service quality, mystery shopping, and customer service
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Conduct mystery shopping visits across branches nationwide to evaluate service delivery, staff professionalism, and branch ambiance
- Perform specialized service quality assignments, including compliance checks and ATM facility evaluations
- Monitor service standards and identify gaps in customer experience
- Prepare detailed and objective reports on findings, along with actionable improvement recommendations
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing overall branch service quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and observation skills with attention to detail
- Confident personality with the ability to work discreetly in different banking environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent speaking ability with natural interaction skills

Bank AL Habib is looking for analytical and detail-oriented professionals to join our Customer Services team as Senior Analyst – Internal Service Standards.
The role is responsible for monitoring service quality standards, evaluating operational performance across backend functions, and driving process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s Preferred)
Department: Customer Services
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in service quality monitoring
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Service Standard Setting: Establish and document Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for backend departments
- Conduct quality monitoring across functions, including Call Center, Customer Complaints, Account Opening, Trade, Cash Management, and ADC
- Identify service gaps, bottlenecks, and deviations from established standards, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports and dashboards for Senior Management
- Coordinate with departments to streamline workflows and improve customer experience
- Monitor operational performance and ensure adherence to internal service standards
- Hands-on experience in monitoring Account Opening, Trade, Cash Management, Complaint Management, and Call Center operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Power BI / Power Query knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
