BOL Network, Pakistan’s leading broadcast channel, is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Guest Coordinator to join our Entertainment Department.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in media, entertainment, public relations, talent coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating celebrities, artists, influencers, and other guests for TV or digital productions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with talent and industry contacts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule guests for entertainment programs and special segments.
• Communicate with guests and their representatives regarding appearances and program requirements.
• Manage guest logistics and ensure a smooth on-air experience.
• Work closely with producers and production teams to secure relevant guests.
• Maintain and update guest and talent databases.
• Assist in identifying and approaching potential guests for upcoming programs.
