The City School is looking to fill the position of Production and Inspection Supervisor at the head office in Lahore and Karachi.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily furniture deliveries.
Supervise delivery teams, drivers, and related operational staff.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers or retail locations.
Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Inspect furniture before dispatch and upon return, where applicable.
Identify damages, defects, missing parts, or quality concerns.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards before delivery.
Maintain delivery logs, inspection records, damage reports, and relevant documentation.
Ensure GRN processing in the system and manage payment-related documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and relevant internal teams.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
