We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Corporate Office, Bahadurabad, Karachi

Qualifications

• 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or equivalent HEC-recognized degree

Knowledge and skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across all functions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen job applications, conduct initial interviews,s and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback to all stakeholders.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, rs and campus recruitment drives.
