Role Overview

To establish and manage the accounting and finance function of Mayfair Tech, covering bookkeeping, financial controlling, and business partnering. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and support business decision-making through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete bookkeeping and recording of all financial transactions
• Development and implementation of accounting workflows and internal controls
• Recording journal entries and financial transactions in SAP
• Bank reconciliations (local and foreign accounts)
• Funds management and transaction monitoring
• Coordination with local and foreign banks and payment gateways
• Liaison with customers regarding payment matters
• Cross-functional coordination with operations, marketing, and tech teams
• Preparation of payment workflows and approval matrices
• Monitoring receivables, payables, and cash flow
• Ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations
• Preparation of periodic Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts
• Support business financial planning cycles, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (local and cross-border where applicable)
• Provide business partnering support to operational teams for financial insights and decision-making

What we’re looking for

• Education & Experience: CA Inter/Finalist or MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution with 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Technical Skills: Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of cross-border transactions and foreign banking coordination
• Operational Ability: Ability to develop financial processes from scratch
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Potential: Capability and potential for future rotation within Group Finance roles
