1. DEPUTY MANAGER (FRAME & PRODUCTION SHOP)

• Department: Production
• Experience: 6–10 Years

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead chassis frame fabrication, welding, alignment & assembly operations
• Ensure production, quality & safety targets are achieved
• Monitor welding quality, dimensional accuracy & process compliance
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality & engineering teams
• Drive productivity, process optimization & waste reduction initiatives
• Manage manpower deployment & shop floor efficiency

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6–10 years in frame production or heavy vehicle manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of welding, frame assembly & structural fabrication
• Experience in buses, trucks, chassis or commercial vehicle manufacturing
• Ability to handle production planning, manpower & process improvement
• Familiarity with automotive safety, quality & manufacturing standards
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting & coordination skills

2. DEPUTY MANAGER (QUALITY CONTROL)

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead quality control activities across manufacturing and assembly
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and process controls
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA
• Monitor quality KPIs, audits and customer complaint resolution
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6–10 years of experience in automotive quality control
• Knowledge of QC tools, FMEA, CAPA, RCA, and inspection standards
• Experience in bus or commercial vehicle manufacturing preferred
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills

3. DEPUTY MANAGER (FRONT ENGINE BUS FABRICATION & ASSEMBLY)

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead fabrication and assembly operations for front-engine bus production
• Ensure production targets, safety and quality requirements are met
• Supervise welding, structural assembly and fitment activities
• Coordinate with planning, quality and engineering for smooth flow
• Drive productivity improvement and process optimisation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6–10 years of experience in front-engine bus fabrication & assembly
• Strong understanding of welding, fabrication and vehicle assembly processes
• Ability to manage manpower, planning and line efficiency
• Strong leadership and coordination skills

4. DEPUTY MANAGER (CKD STORE)

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage CKD inventory, material handling and storage activities
• Ensure the timely issuance and availability of parts for production
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation
• Coordinate with supply chain, production and logistics teams
• Monitor FIFO practices, reconciliation and warehouse efficiency

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–8 years of experience in CKD store/warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and ERP systems
• Knowledge of material planning, stock control and warehouse procedures
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
