We’re looking for a “𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐑𝐓𝐖)” who is passionate about bringing fashion ideas to life through strong execution in sampling, fabric development, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end RTW sampling process from proto to final sample
• Coordinate with vendors for fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, washing, and finishing
• Follow up on sample development and ensure timely approvals
• Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams for the execution of styles
• Ensure correct implementation of fabrics, colors, trims, and washes as per design intent
• Track sampling timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all development stages
• Maintain quality standards in line with brand requirements
• Handle day-to-day communication with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelors Desgree in Fashion Design / Textile Design or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in RTW product development or sampling (fashion retail preferred)
• Strong understanding of fabrics, dyeing processes, garment construction, and finishing techniques
• Experience in vendor coordination and sampling workflows
• Strong follow-up, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple styles in a fast-paced environment
