Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for growth, strategy, and building strong partnerships? United Charter Schools is looking for an experienced Manager – Business Development to lead our expansion in the Northern region.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the expansion of UCS campuses by designing effective territory and distribution plans
  • Present and onboard new investors for the UCS franchise model
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities
  • Strengthen and expand the franchise network across the region
  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract potential investors
  • Monitor key business KPIs to ensure performance and growth targets

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

  • MBA in Marketing or a relevant field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability in strategy development and market expansion
  • Experience in the education or franchise sector will be a plus
