QUALIFICATION: Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management or any relevant field.

EXPERIENCE  10-12 years of overall experience, including 5 years in teaching and 7 years in education administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve academic standards, student outcomes, and overall school performance in alignment with organisational policies and objectives.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, teaching quality, student assessments, and examination processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and academic frameworks.
• Drive student enrolment and retention through effective admissions strategies, community engagement, branding initiatives, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, infrastructure maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth administrative functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic and non-academic staff by implementing performance management systems, professional development plans, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and collaborative school culture.
