Procurement Category Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category and supplier strategies to meet procurement-related objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and the supplier lifecycle.
• Lead RFx processes, supplier selection, and price negotiations.
• Monitor supplier market trends and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain contractual agreements.
• Drive cost savings, supplier development, and capacity creation while meeting category KPIs.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required. The CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or managing third-party suppliers within a structured sourcing environment.
• Strong expertise in cost analysis, supplier contracting, and supplier quality management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making.

Job Opportunity: Dyeing Quality Executive

Location: Manga, Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete dyeing quality operations across all shifts.
• Develop and implement quality control systems, SOPs, and inspection standards.
• Maintain shade continuity and control of Delta E within customer limits.
• Review and approve shade bands, bulk approvals, and critical quality decisions.
• Analyze quality-related data and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with production teams for technical alignment.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Lead audits related to dyeing quality and continue training the dyeing quality team.
• Optimize processes to reduce shade variation and wastage.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and certification of all dyeing quality-related lots.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, 6S, and lean practices to enhance quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4 – 5 years of experience in dyeing quality, preferably in textile manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals, and color matching.
• Knowledge of color fastness testing and quality standards.
