WE ARE HIRING: MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

SITARA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED is a professionally managed company and the largest chemical complex in Pakistan.

A competent, result-driven professional to lead our Accounts & Finance function and ensure robust financial governance and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial accounting and reporting, ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS and Companies Act 2017 requirements.
• Handle taxation matters, including income tax, sales tax, provincial sales tax on services, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants.
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, working capital management, and financial arrangements.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of audit recommendations
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls, risk management processes, and SOP compliance
• Prepare and present management reports and financial insights to senior leadership

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CA / ACMA
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage banking operations, financial arrangements, and statutory compliance.
• Strong command over financial management, reporting standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive efficiency and maintain internal controls.
