SSC is Hiring an IT Support Executive!

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical troubleshooting & configuration support for Office 365, DNS, and network peripherals
-Deliver IT support for wireless equipment, computer systems, hardware & software
-Install, configure,e and maintain access points, printers, scanners & Windows-based applications
-Manage IT assets and maintain inventory documentation

Candidates with 2+ years of experience in network & system management and troubleshooting, with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and network protocols (DHCP, AD, VLAN, etc.).
Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a good understanding of Campus LAN, wireless infrastructure, Windows OS, and ticketing systems.
