Job Requirements

• Qualification: BBA/MBA – Marketing
• Experience: * Lead the overall strategy and growth roadmap for the Feminine Care category, driven by strong consumer and market insights
  • Own category P&L in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, and profitability targets
  • Drive end-to-end innovation and NPD, from insight generation to successful commercial launches
  • Align and influence internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, and agency partners
  • Define and execute digital and e-commerce strategy, optimizing online presence and performance marketing
  • Leverage data, research, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive informed decision-making
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management or category management within FMCG / consumer goods.

• Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, field sales, or channel development (FMCG/consumer durables).
  • Proven experience in brand activations and NEA channel development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall trade activation and channel strategy to drive brand growth and market expansion.
• Ensure execution excellence through strong governance, performance tracking, and market oversight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align trade investments with business and profitability goals.
• Develop and scale New & Emerging Accounts (NEA) as strategic growth channels.
• Drive incremental revenue through channel innovation and strategic partnerships.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a strong culture of accountability and results.
