• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking.
• Engage in initial screening of candidates through telephone.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruitment events.
