Objective summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Guest Service Officer (Front Office) to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. To ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience by managing front desk operations efficiently, handling guest interactions with professionalism, and maintaining high service standards in line with hotel policies.

Minimum Experience: 01–02 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
Education: Intermediate or Graduation (Hospitality or related field preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
· Handle reservations, bookings, and room assignments
· Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
· Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing
· Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
· Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable
· Deliver high standards of customer service at all times
