Position: Cargo Freighter Operations Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Experience in the airline or Air freight industry
• Good knowledge of Cargo Operations is a must
• Managerial skills – ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinates’ skills.
• Detailed knowledge of IATA Cargo handling, IATA Cargo Services Manual, DGR regulations, and other pertinent operational regulations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
