FOOD TECHNOLOGIST – QC/QA (COMMISSARY)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily food production, including marination, sauces, and prep items.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to standard recipes.
• Supervise meat handling, raw material storage, and cold chain management.
• Maintain inventory control using FIFO/FEFO and minimize waste.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient production operations.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch of products to branches.
• Prepare production, inventory, and wastage reports.

SALARY STARTING FROM 200K
