We are hiring a Manager of Internal Audit.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop risk-based internal strategy, audit plan, and risk assessment.
• Managing the audit fieldwork in line with the approved engagement plan and agreed timelines.
• Provide objective evaluations and assessments of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance procedures.
• Finalize the audit engagement after discussing it with management.
• Perform special investigations and assignments.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• ACA / ACCA
• 5-7 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in the insurance sector
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills
• Internal Audit knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel, automation, and AI
