Position: Production Manager-Roll Covers

• Reporting to: BU Head RC
• Location: Kasur
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the production of rubber rollers to ensure alignment with business revenue targets while maintaining control over cost, quality, EHS standards, lead times, and inventory.
• Monitor production performance against KPIs, ensuring effective dashboard tracking and budget adherence.
• Drive cost control initiatives and optimize material consumption without compromising quality. Improve OTIF, reduce wastage and customer complaints, and address non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement across operational, financial, and environmental dimensions.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B.Sc Engineering or Equivalent
• B.Sc. Engineering/Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer
• More than 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in production/operations.
• Data-driven decision making
• Financial acumen (cost matrices, budget tracking, consumption analysis)
• Cross-functional coordination (Sales, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance)
