Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and technically sound Senior Production Officer to oversee production operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and drive operational efficiency at our Hub facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, hygiene, food/consumer safety, and EHS standards.
• Oversee shop-floor operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production.
• Support execution of daily production plans to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Monitor production performance and optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Identify and reduce losses, wastage, and downtime through continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean).
• Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams during routine checks and breakdowns.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage production data through SAP/ERP systems and monitor process orders for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or up to 4 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of production processes and technical operations
• Knowledge of automation, standardization, and commissioning practices
• Strong supervisory and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems
• Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
