Reporting to: Group Manager – Communications and Head of Marketing

Key Accountabilities

• Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, print, social).
• Content: Oversee content creation, including messaging, collateral, web copy, and email campaigns.
• Analytics: Analyze marketing initiatives’ performance; measure ROI and optimize for results.
• Budgeting: Build and manage the marketing budget.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
