Position: Regional Officer Compliance

Reporting to: Team Lead-Operational Compliance

Location: Lahore

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients in accordance with SECP AML/CFT regulations.
• Follow up with clients on pending documents, provide clear guidance on required information, and maintain professional communication to ensure timely completion of required compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized compliance records and documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Review operational and KYC-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and strengthen compliance controls.
• Support internal teams with client onboarding and record management activities.
• Identify gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and workflows.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor's with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
