Job Description (JD)

Responsible for overseeing limestone crushing, stacker, and reclaimer operations to ensure uninterrupted raw material supply and optimal equipment performance. Ensures adherence to production targets, quality standards, and preventive maintenance schedules. Leads and supervises teams, drives safety compliance, and minimizes downtime through efficient coordination with maintenance and process departments. Continuously monitors KPIs, implements process improvements, and optimizes material handling and operational efficiency.“Extensive experience in handling high sulphur content fuels in rotary kiln operations, including optimization of raw mix design to control sulphur cycles, prevent buildups, and ensure consistent clinker quality and stable kiln performance

Eligibility Criteria and Location:

Qualification: B.Sc Chemical Engineering from a recognized University, holding a valid PEC number.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, out of which at least 3 years in a leadership role, obtained from the entertainment industry.

Age: not more than 45.
Location: Gharibwal Cement factory, Ismailwal, District Chakwal.
(2.5 hours’ journey from Rawalpindi and Lahore via M2 Motorway – nearest interchange – Lilla)
