POSITION: Officer, Budgeting & Planning, Finance Department

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• (ACCA/CA finalists encouraged to apply)

EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, or financial analysis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget using Oracle Hyperion.
• Monitor departmental and regional budgets and track performance against plan
• Conduct quarterly Actual vs. Budget variance analysis and highlight key insights
• Support cash flow planning and ongoing monitoring of financial performance
• Assist in evaluating feasibility studies for new initiatives and projects
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses for management

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial feasibility.
• Experience in variance analysis and management reporting.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of financial discipline and compliance standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
