We’re Hiring!

We’re looking for a 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 to join Alkaram Studio and lead the organization’s audit, risk, and internal control framework across the head office, retail stores, warehouse, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead risk-based audits across all functions, identifying control gaps and process inefficiencies
• Strengthen internal controls, governance practices, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with senior leadership to provide insights on risk mitigation and operational improvements
• Oversee audit planning, reporting, and timely closure of audit findings
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor the audit team, building strong audit capabilities across the organization

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA / ACCA / CIA preferred)
• 8–10 years of experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance, preferably within retail or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies
• Experience in leading audits across multi-site operations
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, independence, and professional judgment
